Red Light! Respectful Parenting Workshop

Step 1: Join the Hive for a workshop that will revolutionize your parent/child dynamic!

2-4 pm with additional time for further questions and answers 4-5pm.

Step 2 (optional): Continue the journey. Textbook answers and general application only go so far. Integrating new tools into your unique parent/child dynamic is the hardest part. Select a follow up option for 1-on-1 calls with StephAnie to really fine tune the skills you learned to the nuances of your family.

Respectful parenting guides children through gentle, non-violent techniques that also effectively maintain healthy boundaries and set reasonable, age-appropraite limits/expectations. It provides parenting tools and routines that bring more balance, cooperation, stability, flexibility, and peace to your family!

New to the concepts of respectful parenting or just starting your parenting journey? This is for you! Learn a model of parenting that will provide an amazing foundation to build on.

Do you sometimes feel caught in a vicious cycle with your child? You gently parent for as long as you possibly can. Then your frustration peaks, you reach your limit, and SNAP! You may YELL or even become punitive or harsh in your reactions. Snapping leads to guilt and guilt leads to mustering a little more patience and the cycle begins again. Until your frustration rebuilds and you snap again...and again...and again...

~Ways to stay calmer in the midst of (inevitable) chaos and meltdowns

~Effective techniques you can add to your parenting toolbox

Significant others, co-parents, grandparents, and/or nanny/caregivers welcome to attend under one ticket purchase. For planning purposes, please also "purchase" a complimentary ticket for each co-caregiver who will be attending with you. This class is always complimentary for anyone who has participated in private consulation packages or who have attended the class before (refreshers always welcome!). "Kid chaos and noise" in the background of virtual participation expected. Please be kind and mute when not actively speaking. Due to the nature of this workshop, the in-person event is child-free.
