Mindful Mamas Retreat & Workshop

Sliding scale $111-$333, $222 per person suggested for coverage of event cost and some energy exchange. Grants, and payment plans are available.*

Workshop content calls us to seek the balance we need to live authentic lives allowing us to more mindfully parent. Discuss boundary setting (with kids, spouses, friends and family), balancing household responsibilities with everyone’s needs and wants in mind, lightening the mental load we carry, weaving more genuine self-care into your day-to-day routine (It’s realistically not spas, massages, and alone time) and more.

Retreat allows ample space and time for nourishing your soul and includes yoga, rest and reflection time, all meals, snacks, tea & coffee (vegan, gluten free  to cover most dietary needs [not an allergen free kitchen – please discuss any specific dietary allergies, needs or preferences], bunk lodging, and ZERO clean-up or responsibilities.
