Event timeline:
1:30-2: Set up
2-3:30: Judging and showcasing with light refreshments
3:45: Judges announce winners
Everyone recieves a certificate of participation and competition entries recieve their rubrics for portfolio requirements.
4: Clean up

~ 7-10
~ 11-14
